I got this laptop as a clearance deal for 500 bucks ... Awesome deal for such a beast of a machine. Really loving it

The first one I got in the mail the battery did not work. The Geek Squad was very helpful over the phone and I had a new computer send to me within days.

I have never had a problem with dell products. This laptop is a good general purpose laptop. I am able to run multiple apps without it slowing down. Really like that it can be flipped over into a tablet...nice for reading while sitting on the couch. Touchscreen is great. Really happy with this product.

This is ok so far. No problems. Just getting use to it. I have more than one computer. So i got this one to use as laptop and tablet.

It has allot of features for the price. Just a couple of bucks more than a Chrome book so it's great for kids and school work.

I had to replace my last dell because the screen tanked. I like this dell just as much, its easy to use and light to carry.

While this laptop is missing some ports I would have really appreciated *cough* Ethernet *cough* It functions well as a light laptop, and excels as a large tablet. Everyone is impressed when I walk around reading notes in tablet mode, which does not hinder the functionality of the laptop mode. Rubber bumpers on top of the screen may have been nice so I don't cringe as much when setting it on a hard surface, but it's not a deal breaker. Battery life is run-of-the-mill for a laptop of this size with a 1080p display. The display is sharp, but some text resizing will be noticed. As for quirks: Windows 10 needs some touching up. Not sure if that's something Microsoft needs to do, or driver packs Dell needs to release, but you will occasionally have to restart this computer for the oddest reasons, certain OS functions will just STOP working. After a restart functionality is typically at 100%. I believe this to be an issue with how Windows 10 "hibernates" and doesn't truly shut-off. Over all a good unit that could use some minor improvements. It should be noted I found this item on clearance, and would not pay >600 for it.

I purchased this computer for my elderly aunt. It has a screen that is large enough for older eyes. It is fast and reliable.

A very versatile (2 in one) laptop/tablet whether you are lounging and searching or you are doing some serious presentations. I like the non-slip texture of the case. Only thing that was missing was a CD/DVD and that just seems to be the evolution of most laptops, however you can get an external CD/DVD for about 30 dollars. This is a very good value and I would highly recommend this product.

I purchased this as a birthday gift to my boyfriend. He seems to like it just fine, especifically the touch screen.

Excellent 2-in-1 with Windows 10. Very fast booting up even though it has 5400 rpm hard drive. The Dell 2-in-1's do not come with quad core, only dual core. So this is more for casual computing. I bought this instead of Dell XPS because i wanted a 2-in-1 so i can use it like a tablet. Very nice when watching TV in living room and using this as a tablet at the same time.

Just what I needed! The speed is great! Its light weight and easy to use.

I've had this laptop for nearly a month and I can say that its a great laptop. I prefer laptops without the 10 key, because the keyboard is centered that way (unlike HP 15 inch laptops). The display is great, and there's enough power to play games, I've been playing SF IV on Steam without any issues. For video editing, I used Movie Maker and that worked fine as well. If you're looking for an affordable higher end midrange laptop, don't hesitate.

I actually would rate this very good, about a 4.5 star item. It was a gift for the girlfriend, and she said the Windows 10 is a large improvement over the Windows 8 she was running on her old laptop. She really likes the 2 in 1 feature, giving more versatility and ease of operation.
