Customer Ratings & Reviews

Love it - super fast and easy to use. Very light and compact.

So far, it seems like a good laptop and the price was very reasonable. I am not a huge fan of the keyboard because the light up letters are kind of difficult to see if you are like me and still need to look at the letters while typing.

Amazing display, really fast boot up and great price. It even went on sale for 50.00 less then what I got it for and they refunded the difference plus tax.

Everything you need in a computer! 10/10! Thank you

Great price on a Dell laptop with minimal features. Good weight, layout (side keypad appreciated), and quality feel. Battery life just OK, but we usually have it plugged in so not that important.

Bought this for my dad - very easy to set up and for him to navigate, great picture and sound, Perfect for his needs.

Nice, compact laptop so far. Use to larger screen & better resolution but can't complain too much for the price. Seems to be very user-friendly during setup with no problems with network connectivity, speedy downloads, etc. Like stated before, a nice laptop for the price.

The computer works beautifully. It’s quiet and fast. I am not thrilled with the keyboard, but it functions fine.

Great product! Color is awesome! Speed is awesome. Love the keyboard... It lughts up!

This computer stopped charging right at a year of ownership.

Good size. Easy setup. Good price. Received in record time.

The keyboard is a bit tight with the number pad of the right. I had an issue with the charger but Dell replaced it immediately. Overall a good laptop

So far, so good. Original laptop had some issues and was returned. Only had new one for a few days but seems to work well.

I really like it it’s easy to use the only thing is the battery dies kind of quick

Love my new Inspiron 7501! It is quick and easy to use. I upgraded from Windows 7 to 11 and it was an easy transition. Geek Squad Jon-Marc was great at setting me up and transferring the data!

Purchased this Dell Laptop at a Great " Deal of the Day" Price. Its fast and has Awesome Graphics. Also its a Dell,,,,, Need i say more. Very Happy with my purchase.

Quiet and quick.. lightweight and start-up is fast!! I like the feel of the buttons and the color silver is sleek..

Dell laptop is wonderful. Fast. Easy to use. Good size. Good sound.

My “antique” Toshiba laptop started showing its age so I found this Dell online at a price that fit my budget for a personal-use laptop. I was able to pick it up, have all my data transferred, and wrap it for myself for Christmas! The Geek Squad was awesome!!!

I returned this computer because of the keyboard. The keyboard was silver and I was unable to read the light colored markings. I bought this computer online so didn't realize the problem reading the keys.
