This is my fifth Dell computer. I've never had a problem with a Dell until the day I went to pick this one up from the store. I went to shut down the old one (3 1/2 years old) to make room for the new one and it hung up in me. When I moved it to my basement office and tried to start it, the hard drive was fried. Ironic. But it happens and I still really only have good things to say about Dell. (make sure you back up your important data!) This computer rocks. The price is good compared to other brands similarly equipped. I have had absolutely no problems getting this set up and hooked to the internet. It looks great. Great screen resolution. Good speed. Awesome multi-tasking with quad core. I prefer AMD processors because I think they out perform Intel and because to keep the market balanced Intel needs viable competition (so support AMD). My only complaint is that Windows 7 has been out long enough now that there are a lot of updates that you have to download and install. Best Buy will do this for you and create a recovery disc for a fee. It just depends on whether your time or your money is more important to you. Otherwise, I like the space saving and appearance of the all-in-one and after two weeks can highly recommend it.

I like the all in one feature.Eliminates a lot of wires. Takes up less room . Has nice big screen where I can see my pictures. Has a blue ray player. Has a lot of Ram . Only have the computer a couple of months. so far so good. No problems . I like the wireless keyborad and mouse.

It was way past time for me to upgrade my computer, so I purchased this one. It was easy for me to transition from my old computer to this one. I was definitely not disappointed. It works perfectly, is very fast, and I have totally enjoyed this purchase. I have used the touch screen some and it works great. I did go ahead and purchase the Office 2010 Product Key as I needed it to work with the WP documnts copied from my old computer. I also had the Geek Squad set up this computer for me, and was very pleased with their service. I highly recommend this computer and the all-in-one style.

This computer is a really good computer. It saves space by not having a ton of wires & it is a nice big screen.

Upgraded from old laptop. Lots of new features and the screen size is great. No real problems with the transition, GEEK Squad very helpful and patient.

At this point a problem with the ability of my computer to hook up to the internet has not been solved. I have been in contact with Dell tech's who do not know what the problem could be. I am now left with the replacement of the computer as an only recourse. The computer it self seems pretty good overall.

Computer worked for a week, then died, burnt smell from computer. Took back to Bestbuy, and they exchanged it for a new one.
