This Dell satisfied all my needs. I'm very happy with it. My only complaint is that the power cord was loose and the pc kept shutting down as a result. Fortunately I had the power cord from my old pc. It's a tighter fit so all is well!

I was really disappointed with the speed. It would take 30-60seconds to load a single page. It was easy to put together and came with all the right components. I liked that it was cheap and simple but you really get what you pay for. I ended up returning it for the 3880 model with an i5 processor and am so happy with the upgrade. Worth investing in better hardware to avoid the hair pulling.

To help with performance issues in the future, I have provided steps to using the Windows Performance Troubleshooter which should help resolve the performance issue. I have also provided a link to the full article that has more options if needed.
Windows performance Troubleshooter:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

We could have kept the windows 10 but we chose to download the windows 11 that it offered. I feel it would've been nice to use had we kept it permanently.

Download Frustration

I am not a computer whiz and I was very frustrated trying to download several programs I had bought WITH this computer. This should be a fairly simple process. My original password for Bestbuy was done 30 years ago and the download required it. No way to recover it. I had to create new email addresses and passwords.
