No CD Drive - Disappointment

I was surprised that this computer came without a cd drive. I know streaming music is the current trend. But I have lots of music cds. And many rural areas don't have access to high speed internet. The cost to include a cd player would be minimal. I was disappointed I had to purchase an external cd player.

He is thrilled with how fast it is and all the features. It only took about 45 minutes to setup and move over the files from his other unit. This was open box deal and the only issue was the mouse cord was cut.

Bloated and Slow

I've spent a few hours trying to remove bloatware, so we'll see how that goes. I bought an HP Envy laptop a few months earlier than the Dell purchase, and that thing is a BEAST.
