Loved my products, not my service

I did not know a key board and mouse came with my computer so I bought separately. When I got home and unboxed my things I realized it did come with both. I tried to take the extra mouse and keyboard back (TOTALLY UNOPENED) but it was over 15 days and the gentleman said he could not help me. That was VERY frustrating.
