Finally talked to someone that said our Dell Printer not compatible. We went elsewhere to purchase a new printer as we did not want to return to Best Buy. We are still trying to find some of our contacts - especially our previous emails. They were also not able to do anything with our older Dell computer. We are having someone else check it out. We feel that we were only encouraged to purchase a new computer, Geek Squad service, etc. - taken advantage of!

But after 5 months new DELL stopped working. Diagnoses says it is bad mother board. After only 5 MONTHS. Dell says to send it in and they will replace mother board. But I do not think I can trust it again. I asked if I could upgrade and apply original purchase price to a new one. They said can only fix this one. I talked to a manager at Best Buy and they said this model does not even have a trade in value. Will have to send in to Dell and it will take 2 or 3 weeks. I need my computer for home and work. Big waste of money and poor customer service from both Dell and Best Buy. DELL may be best business computer, but they do not seem to care about regular customers.
