I could only give 4 stars because I've not had it a month yet. But to date I'm happy with it and with what I've learned from others about Dell I believe we made a choice.

This is an excellent system. Extremely fast boot up, I assume it's related to the solid state drive. No real bloat ware.

This computer works as good as the one that died. Nothing special just good. Not very fast but works good and we like it.

Not sure why Email not working, having a friend look at it. During the data swap, things showed up at different places, I now have to find where to look.

Need a new computer for college this computer did everything and some best decision I made for myself and my career!

I had to purchase a new computer to work from home during this pandemic. My old computer was an Vista version Dell computer that still works; but the times called for a new one. I wouldn't do any other brand but Dell. I tried others and they didn't do right. I spoke with a family member that works on computer and he told me this version was more than enough; I got it and now 4 months later; still working from home and computer works great!

I have been using my new computer for only a month, but I have been able to acclimate very easily to Windows 10. In addition, I am amazed at the processing speed - a considerable improvement over my Windows 7. Thus far, I am very satisfied with this product.

Have no problems at all with this dell dekstop, Very fast on the internet thanks to the SSD hard drive.
