I just needed something for work in my office. I do not game on it so I could not tell you how it would perform. I can't imagine it would be too good. Otherwise a decent computer for work. I use it for email and MS Office.

The mouse we changed on the second day of starting use computer. We ask Best Buy costumer service representative change mouse and the toll us it is not stop responsibility, told call to “Dell”. I’m not sure about recommend this computer to people.

I had to return to Best Buy twice to get the Geek Squad to clear it out so it would operate so I could see my e-mails and use the computer.

The installer knew his job and did it in timely fashion. I had a question and called the geek squad and they walked me through the procedure to do what I wanted to do. All were very professional.
