They arrived neatly packed and just like we treid them out at the store, they were to our exact needs, everything was easy to setup and easy to navigate through.

I have a history of Dell purchases, so I decided to buy the ONE Dell computer in stock. I didn't think to check to see if it had a wireless NIC, since I 'assumed' that they would be standard in 2020. Wrong! I didn't care to go back to the store to purchase a wireless NIC, if they even had one, and the computer was in the same as my router, so I ran an old cable I that I found. Registering the computer at Dell was impossible. Following their directions of going though the new computer took me to a place to transfer ownership, which I did, even though it didn't make sense, and then they rejected my request. DUH! I couldn't find another place to actually register a new computer that wasn't purchased through Dell.

Still getting it up and running.

There are still Dell updates dating back to May that are coming thru now which corrected the sleep mode. I will contact the geek squad if the email shutdown is not corrected with the updates.

Quality and options are great. The Geek Squad who set me up was very helpful informative.

Having always preferred Dell, I did not hesitate replace it immediately with another Dell. Start-up was simple, and I was back to Business in not time.
