    I needed a new computer and saw this on the Best Buy website. Went to the store and was assisted right away. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and I left with a new computer. Very satisfied.

    Dana, the tech. who installed was terrific but your overall system to handle installation is lacking. Initial installation date was severely mishandled Tech assigned called in sick and your procedures did not require that his customers were not informed that the installation would have to be rescheduled. I had to go to store to at 3:30 to find out had to be rescheduled. My calls to your customer service line were fruitless as was calls to installer and his boss were never answered. Because the initial service date required time off from work this was very disconcerting. Finely, Dana( the installer who completed the job noticed that I was overcharged by $100 for Geek Squad services and is taking steps to get me a refund.

    Very difficult to use

    Vista 10 is very confusing and not user friendly like said. I am disappointed in Tech Support. I was going to have tech come to my home to teach me about this Vista 10 and there was a cost of $49.00. I thought it was part of the purchase of Tech Support for 1 year then a charge. Not explained very well and I will make sure to tell people not to purchase this extended support. After asking many people I am learning this confusing Vista 10 and will ignore the Tech Support. It is very difficult. Not everyone is young and I am one of the elders. I will get it but I guess it will be my friends that will help. I will definitely not purchase any extended support programs ever. Sorry, but this is the truth. I know I won't get any points.

    Purchased over a year ago. Have had several Dell computers and they have all done well. It has served the purpose. Not the fastest computer, but everything we need.

    Essentially fits my needs. Wish it had another bay for a Dvd recorder. Geek squad did a good job merging my old desktop to this one. Sure wish I could download Movie Maker. Tired of learning new programs.

    One works great. The second the fan whines and the CD sounds like it is trying to tear it self apart. All of this was discovered after spending a day loading software and getting settled on the network. Dell would only offer factory servicing. The machine would need to be away for 10 to 14 days. Now I have to live with constant reminder of poor customer service.

    Signed $199.00 contract for service. Have used it for setting up EMail, setting up contact list and various other questions. Help was generally good but wait time was awful.

    Great mid level computer.....handles multiple tasks well.....but not 5g wifi capable...wish I would have known....easy to fix that, but still need to know that

    Very fast startup and plenty of RAM to have many programs and websites open at one time. Was very aggravated that when doing the initial startup of the PC, it was impossible to create just a local user without using a Microsoft account.

    Hard to get style you want

    Setting up the cords and dongles in back was a pain. My old Dell was a breeze to set set up. The side of the unit sticks out so far you can hardly get your fingers in there to put in 2 dongles I use. That is a major design mistake. Also, you have to plug in 2 cords and ethernet cord right under the dongles - all confined in a small space, especially so if you have to remove a dongle later. Another design mistake was only 2 USB ports on front. Also, it is unfair to make me buy a keyboard/mouse (and are cheap ones, too/wired) to get the computer. I don't need them! Just wanted the computer. Adding them on is a real rip-off.

    PC came with Windows 10...I dont like the fact that I get offerings to purchase everything possible for PC's when I turn it on...this I assume is a PC fault due to the free Windows 10 !!

    All is well however; I probably would have given a "Five" when I fully get use to it. There are changes to the processes and the old desktop that I replaced. At the same time, I have always been happy with Dell.

    if you don't have a specific need ( gaming or whatever ) I would stick with Dell you get a quality computer that isn't over sold there numbers will match up with the ones you see you gotta like that

    I wasn’t looking for a high-end computer for gaming. I was just looking to search the Internet, run a few programs and send emails. My last computer took 10 minutes just to load up. This one boots up in about 30 seconds.

    Purchased to keep records the only problem I have is there were no pre loaded programs like before Microsoft works or word so I could have ease of creating docs. Virus protection not nearly as long as before

    Wify was already out on this computer when I got it I had to buy a adapter Wi-Fi for it cost me $100 I think Dell owes me some money now it's working perfect

    We had a problem with the Windows 10 licensing. The store in Palm Desert, CA was able to solve it for us. However, it did delay us several hours getting the system up and running, which cut into our training time.

    Can't give it five stars because computer keeps randomly beeping. I have turned off all notifications so I do not know what the beeps are. Maybe it is a Windows 10 issue. I just do not know.
