Its simple, fast, up-gradable and does all that you can expect for a computer at this price. It can handle day to day tasks such as office, browsing, email clients, etc. If your going to run more robust programs such as drafting, video editing, etc, then this computer will not be the best fit for you.

My son loves the speed and the cool color of the tower. It matches the mouse, keyboard, and speakers. He is a gamer (not hardcore) and this keeps up with his games. The graphics card is great!

After only five years we found a need to replace our tower which refused to update. It ran for days with no success! We tried numerous times to update with no luck. It was time for a new computer. We chose this Dell which was a bit smaller but had all that we needed. Set up was done by the Geeks for free and included security software.. Hopefully we will have this computer for a longer time. With the Geeks on call--we should!

It is very fast and easy to set up and use. The video card is nice.

It's fast and have I have I can put CDs and DVDsin it most computer are coming without one now. I can't think of anything negative only had it for a short time but I all my desktop I love this one the best

With the price match offered by Best Buy this really was a best buy! This more than meets my needs. My only complaint is the amount of space it takes up, I might consider an all-in-one for my next computer if the price is better.

This has performed great, but I was most interested in a smaller case that would fit with my desk better. This machine has the higher end components, but in a small box, which has worked great for me.

I hate, hate this computer! Since we first bought it it shuts off every time we use it, it makes a LOUD noise, screen turns black and then it restarts. We paid for protection and took it to Geek Squad right away. Employee told us that this is a very common problem with this model. I asked him if this is so common then why not stop selling it? Could we exchange it for a different model or another one. He said no, the only thing they can do is to try to fix it but it might continue happening. He checked it and it had a tag blocking the fan so it was overheating, he fixed that and when we got home it happened again. In fact it shut off twice as I was trying to write this review.
