    There were big problems with the keyboard and mouse, ended up having to return it.

    Initially, I was little worried that refurbished one would be low quality. To my surprise, the laptop is in great quality. No issues with it. I have used almost a month so far. One of the USB port was bit unresponsive once a while but rest of the laptop works great. The SSD is boon (never will use regular hard drive again) as the laptop boots in less than a minute.
