I can't tell it's been refurbished at all. This laptop is ncredibly fast! I was replacing a HDD laptop, so the SSD is fantastic, and the 16GB memory is fabulous. Turns on and is ready to go instantly, and handles multitasking even with heavy use apps without any problems. Performs without a hitch. I thought I might have trouble adjusting to a 12.5" screen, but nope, I love it, and it's by far the lightest laptop I've used.

Didn't work from day 1

Plus, the "a" button doesn't work unless you beat it. Basically, the laptop is useless. Best Buy tells me to work with the company who sold it because it's under warranty - but they tell me I have to send it to them and wait 4 weeks to get it back. So no computer for 4 weeks because you sold me something that doesn't work? It's been 2 months of trying to get something working with no luck. Beyond frustrating. Never again Best Buy. You lost a good customer because I can't count on you for quality.

Refurbished Dell Laptop

The Windows 10 operating system is new to me but so far so good. Accessing the internet took me a few minutes to figure out but once connected worked great. A wonderful purchase!
