I've never purchased a refurbished computer before. It's a cute little laptop. It is a great size to take to class. I didn't like the battery sticking out the back. It wasn't a nice sleek look. But it was like a little handle to hold on to. The big problems were that it took forever to get it to recognize a new expensive modem. Around 2 hours if at all and it also ran really slow which wasn't right for 8gb ram. That's why I had to return it. I have classes online and on campus and I need a computer that was reliable. I've never had a Dell before and I think it is just this one unit.

Laptop is ok, only issue is that WiFi disconnect after about 30-45 mins. I have to run a status diagnostics to reconnect, other than that it is great for a refurbished laptop!

Buying a new laptop with i5, i7 8RAM will cost $1,000 plus. But you can get that performance if you buy a Refurbished one from Best Buy for about $300. This is my second Refurbished - both Dell's, and they perform and look like a new laptops. Very happy, so far!
