This refurbished Dell Latitude Refurbished laptop that was provided by Joy Systems, one of the company that Best Buy uses, is excellent. I was very impressed with the condition of the model. Very much in the mode of the Microsoft Surface, but produced by Dell. It also had touch screen technology which I did not expect which is very useful when having to enlarge the screen quickly (on a smaller screen which the 12.5 size is). For a similar model, one would have to pay around 3 times what I purchased it for. Apart from some extremely minor signs of wear on the rear hinge of the lap top it looked brand new in everyway. The initial set up and operating instructions were easy to follow. Support that I had from Joy Systems was also excellent and they even provided me with a $10.00 Starbucks gift card for my review of them. Most of all it comes backed with a Best Buy guarantee of taking the item back within 2 weeks from pickup or a total of 1 yr if anything goes wrong. Extremely happy with this purchase!

Just as billed. I got exactly what I was looking for with no sign of "refurbish blemish" . Would definitely do this again.
