Very disappointed. I specifically searched for a product with back lit key board. In the description, which I still have, it said it had that specific feature. I gave it to my husband as a present . I unfortunately did not check the feature (having confidence in my purchase) Nice laptop but not what I thought. Disappointed

Everything was ok with my purchase, but only a difference with the weight of this laptop, is heavier than you (Best Buy) publish on your website. I can't test completely yet, but is like expected so far.

The computer was not checked before sending out. The battery was not working. I had to request for a replacement..They sent another used battery which is also not holding the charge and planning to send it back too.

I read on reviews some people had problems with the battery, because is a refurbished product. That made me expecting about it, but the battery is ok and the product is excellent the option worth

for a used computor it isin grea condition and works like it is brand new..

I was out of the country for over a month. After I returned, I open the package and I see that the laptop was not refurbished. The product that was described and the product I received is nothing alike.

The condition was good and the computer was in good working condition. The updates to the computer for windows took about 2 hrs. Java needed to be downloaded. Where I have a concern is the computer only came with 4GB Ram and not 8GB ram.

If you are in need of a simple but very fast computer to edit texts, watch some YouTube videos and the like, this one is a great choice.

So far so good, computer arrived safely looking to be brand new! Have had no technical or software issues, everything is great. I'd say if you're looking to save money but still get a great computer, this is the way to go!

Shipped with a dead battery. My first buy from (not so) Best Buy and my last.
