    I purchased this online for my 9 year old son as a Christmas present. When I tried to connect it to the wifi in my home, I realized it was stuck in Airplane Mode. I googled every trick to remedy this, to no avail. Additionally, the connection to a monitor was a very old micro USB, and even when I purchased an adaptor, the laptop was so old it wouldn't stay in the port, it kept falling out and wouldn't make a connection. I ended up at a Best Buy store at 3 pm on Christmas Even purchasing a NEW laptop for twice the price (because you can't bargain shop Christmas Eve). The saleswoman told me that refurbished items purchased online are a "crapshoot" and often are faulty and worthless. DO NOT BUY A REFURBISHED COMPUTER. You've been warned.
