We bought this laptop for my daughter who is a freshman in college this year. She loves the laptop, the feel of the keyboard, the lack of junk loaded on it, the ease of setup. Our only and biggest problem is that she had it for less than a week and the middle keys on the keyboard quit working. This is a manufacturer issue not a Best Buy issue, so we had to send it away for repair. Hopefully, we'll get it back before classes start. Just a little frustrating. Otherwise, shipping was fast. It looks just like advertised. And will be just right for school and social media ;) overload when we get it back.

Bought for son in high school, more school work requires computer use. Initial purchase was rec'd/returned & exchanged, ( missing the wifi card part, don't understand how it left the shop without a final inspection). BB reps at the store were somewhat helpful, astonished it was sent out without checking if it operated correctly or not, they made sure there was no problem with processing the return and repurchase of the same item. More time spent waiting, the 2nd computer arrived, which operates fabulously, Windows uploaded this time without a problem. What BB needs to do concerning expedited shipping for any items that come from the factory, as this one did, is to have the expedited shipping not be available for purchase at checkout. I paid for expedited shipping only to have it arrive a week later and be informed that "they" (the distributor) has the right to not ship expedited. Which means, not only was I ticked that my package didn't arrive as expected, there was a cash outlay that I now had to wait for my money to be returned. This would be the reason I gave a 3 star rating.

I would recommend this to my friends and family members for future purchases and any help with future updates or problems they may encounter.

Wanted a reliable laptop to use with my Ham Radio mobile kit. This was low weight and used low power. By using it this way, I could not afford a new laptop with these capabilities. Very pleased.

I got this laptop on bestbuy.com. I think it was a very good purchase. It has everything I need and the price couldn't be beaten!

Works great for my purposes. Battery life not as good as advertised...so have to talk to someone about that.

In just under 2 years of having this laptop, the battery was replaced twice and still will not hold a charge. The track pad does not work either.

It didn't meet my expectations, too bad as I love how it looks like .

We love the computer. It has everything we needed, yet simple enough for me to use.

I purchaed one of these refurbished E6410s. The unit has a few minor scratches, but was in good shape. It actually came with a few higher-level options than described. But it came with only a basic Windows 7 Pro software installation. Dell specific drivers and software were not included, so many of the keyboard shortcuts and specialized Dell functions did not work. I spent many hours identifying the appropriate Dell drivers and software, and downloading and installing them. Buyer beware--this does not come with any Dell software whatsoever, only a base installation of Windows 7 Pro. It works great now. But don't expect a fully functioning computer out of the box.

Very disappointed, mainly with Best Buy customer service! This laptop was in excellent condition loaded with Win7 Pro! It "WOULD NOT" complete any O/S update even though I tried multiple times! Took it to BB and C/S told me I could leave it and pay to have them look at it! Total B/S!!! Was told if I had bought software protection it would have been covered! Refurbished, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
