Refurbished laptop did not work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I called about the problem hoping they would send me another one but instead they were quick to tell me send it back. I went to a Best Buy store and bought the same laptop new and the sales person was very knowledgeable and this laptop is working awesome.
