I like this one better than the last two I bought. It is very easy to use and I love how smooth it is to type on. It has all the features I was looking for in a laptop. The only thing I don't like about it is, it gets very hot fast. When you have it on for very long, you can feel the heat when you lay your hand on the palm rest.

I wanted a solid computer at a reasonable price for a budget conscious person. This fit the bill perfectly! I've never purchased a refurbished. It is just as good as new. Thanks Best Buy for such a great option.

We are not gamers, but needed a laptop that was not too large to travel with, either by plane or other vehicle. It is not heavy and cumbersome like the 15" laptops, yet is large enough to have a CD/DVD tray, SD Camera card and Memory card readers. It comes with Microsoft Edge, their internet access which is supposed to be safer than Chrome. Has a lot of features we will never use, but others would. Large, clear picture,also.

This is our first laptop, so we cannot compare it with other ones. We do not care for Windows 10 because we are not electronic techies who need what it apparently offers. What we don't like, though, is that the card reader it advertises shows no access to the SD card we insert. Internet searches about it show that others have the same problem with this laptop. Before purchasing, make sure you get a laptop in which it works.

For low budget hardware it gets the job done. Happy with it.

So far it is working great. Good performance and no issues.

Unit was refurbished but looked and acted like new. Completely satisfied with overall performance.

Good product and affordable price. I bought it for school work

I purchased this laptop online after reeding few reviews. I was not able to log on to Windows after entering the product key. Called customer care and followed their instructions but no luck. I went to nearby best buy store and showed to GeedSquad agent. He found there is a defect in the memory hence it could not logged in to windows. Returned this product for full refund and informed him to make a note on this issue. I will not recommend this to friend.

Great working condition just what I need for traveling , importing photos and videos of my adventures

Received my computer this week. Several scratches on the outer shell, indented cover as well. The inside looked like someone has spilled food and they were unable to clean it properly. Websites would not load. Geek Squad advised to return it. Really bad first experience purchasing a refurb computer.
