I wanted something with decent power and sturdy that my 9th grader could use for homework and it works great. Decent power. Very sturdy. Price was right. I would definitely buy again.

Purchased this for my son & his girlfriend as they needed a simple laptop to do e-mail, Word and Excel . They really like teh PC and it is much easier to use and very fast compared to the old laptop that died. Great entry level llaptop at a very low price.

I bought this laptop for work about a month ago. It has all the features I need and is very fast with Windows 7. Dell is a good brand.

This is a great laptop I was shocked to learn I could even play World of Warcraft on it! If your a gamer you would understand thats a big deal ....lol anyway it has handled everything I've thrown at it so far my only complaint is it is a little heavier than I expected.

The laptop functions fine-it would have been helpful to include some direction that this laptop has an on-off button for W-Fi connection-this is my 3rd laptop over the years and not one had this-refurbished comes with ZERO info so unless you had a laptop with this on/off Wi-Fi you would not know it!

So far I haven't been even able to use it because it's broken. The hard drive failed and the new one I got still doesn't work. Joy systems is not able to send an installation disc . If they fix it I'll be happy but so far I'm disappointed

Purchased refurbished machines in the past and have never seen a machine in this bad of shape. Scratches all over the case, corners are smashed and even missing screws! Really? It was abused and should not have resold. Shame on Best Buy for selling this laptop.

Received quickly, packed well, easy start up operation.

It's a good computer, with window 10. Easy to setup and use.

Will not detect internet access-unable to reach local store by phone -disappointing I had hope to save a 50 mile trip to see if they can replace. This is not my usual experience with Best Buy.

For the price, this has been an excellent laptop. I have the full Office suite installed and use it as my main "home computer" for surfing the Internet, checking email, paying bills, etc. The solid state drive is fast and Windows 10 is fast and responsive too, very pleased overall. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the battery life (which individually rated, I would have to give a 6 out of 10). Excellent laptop for the price.

This is a 6 year old dell E6410. Top of the line 2011, but not anymore. I received this from Joy Systems, and it would not even boot up. It is very heavy, so it is not good for kids. Be careful - Joy Systems is low quality. The opposite of BestBuy which i find to be a very good retailer.
