    For a refurbished laptop, it's fast and meets my needs. The only inconvenience is that it came with a faulty battery that wouldn't hold a charge. For this model, it's easy to find a cheap and suitable replacement battery.

    The computer I ordered was at least a decade old and weighed almost 8 pounds!! I wanted it for travel --- not at all happy with it! Very disappointed and have already returned it and bought a new Lenovo. Run, don't walk away from this computer!! Sorry Best Buy, but it's the truth.
