The device is in rough condition and has lots of cosmetic scratches and wear and tear. The battery also appears to be bad as it’s been charging and won’t go higher than 0% which is what it had out of the box. Disappointed and may look for a refund.

This laptop is decent for the price and being a refurb. Pros) light, runs smoothly for the most part, windows 10 Cons) older (to be expected though, since it's a refurb), some minor scrapes and wear on the lid of the laptop (also to be expected since it's a refurb), a tad slower than most, since its older. It's a great laptop used mainly for my teen son's schoolwork, which is all he plans to use it for. Definitely recommended.

This lap top was easy to set up. I normally don't enjoy typing on a lap top, but this one seemed easier, different. Maybe because it is newer, not sure.

I bought this computer only to write and navigate on the internet. It was supposed to have Windows 10 included but it had nothing on, I turned it on and only got a black screen. the computer is sturdy , huge and heavy. It didnt have an invoice so could not return it. Worse experience ever with best buy. First time I buy online with them and last.

Purchased a refurbished Dell laptop and overall it runs great, just like receiving a brand new product. Warranty for a year. Only thing my touchpad is a little off and adjusts my zoom out of no where otherwise no other complaints!

The size is very good, not too small and definitely not too big. I carry it with me everyday and it looks very nice.

Scratched screen, wont charge unless charger is plugged, loose charging port. It was broken. I returned mine.

First time purchasing a refurbished computer works great and honestly for the price if you are ok with refurbished you can 't go wrong as they are great for the person who beats up a computer. Had it for a while now and no problems so I am happy with this purchase for sure.
