    The price couldn't be beat, the capacity and functionality is working great for my purpose, and I'm loving having my lap top. I wanted one with four ports and newer models didn't have enough. Just wish it were a bit lighter as I carry it with me a lot.

  • Shipped bad power adapter and did not replace

    They shipped a bad arcing power provider and after contacting customer service was told to go to store to replace. Store manager refused to replace the adapter. BestBuy did not stand by the product they sell.

    Power adapter was arcing so called number on exchanges/defective products. I was told to take back to store. When I did that Store Manager at the store said I had to either purchase a new power adapter (offered a 15% discount on it). I will not be purchasing products from BestBuy from now on.
