    several complaints about my "refurbished" machine. first off the battery holds a charge for about 90 minutes. for a laptop this is unacceptable. also having major trouble connecting the vga port thru an hdmi adapter to my tv for watching movies. finally attempted to get trend micro antivirus software through Geeksquad and this was a protracted nightmare as well

    Disappointed. First thing I saw when I started the device was that battery reached life expectancy. Seller wouldn't provide new one. Couldn't keep off the charger.

    Still making payments. Bought as a gift and months later I find out the wifi has never worked. I went to Dell to check the warranty and lo and behold - it expired in 2011. I will never buy a refurbished product from this seller again.
