I purchased this for my 11 year old daughter as she now needs a laptop for school work. I have always been a fan of dell. This is a great little workhorse, providing everything she needs. My only minor complaint is that it came in a brown cardboard box with only the power-supply. No manuals, quickstart guides or anythign else. Not a big deal as i don't need them, but I expected if coming from Best Buy as a refurbished item, it would still include that type of stuff. This seemed like it was more of a privately refurbished item. When setting up for the first time, it prompts you to enter the Microsoft Windows 10 product key, and I entered this from the sticker on the bottom of the laptop, which appeared to be relatively new. But it didn't work. Said that the code was not valid. I ended up selecting to "skip this step", and it still loaded and setup Windows 10 correctly, and is working fine. My only other minor disappointment is that when you buy a laptop from Best Buy, they used to give you 12 months of free virus protection software. At least that's what I got when I purchased a laptop from them for myself last year. But this one only comes with 6 months for free. I guess that's their way of increasing profits from each sale. Overall, a very good laptop.

Good Price and good computer for kids or basic use.

Design is not fancy but the i loved the spec and price. :)

Got this as a spare computer and it's working excellent. Built like a tank with 8GB of memory. and a 128GB SSD. Plus a CD/DVD drive built in. All in all, good to go.

Can't beat getting a fairly late model, quality computer, for such a great price.

I was disappointed with this computer. Everything else seems to be OK except touchpad which is my main navigator. There is a possibility that this is an isolated issue. Other units of this model have no such problem.

I purchased 2 of these computers for my employees. The machine itself is a work horse, works as advertised though there are some scratches on the chassis itself. Less than 2 months from purchase, the 3rd party charger completely failed. The vendor did not supply a Dell charger for either of the machines sent to us. Quite disappointed with the experience.

Good Laptop, The price is reasonable, no complaint if it can be work in next 5 years.
