Amazing Laptop!

It was quick to set up and works great, absolutely no complaints. I also love that the company that refurbishes the computers, joysystems, puts a sticker on the bottom with their contact information should you need it.

It is essentially new condition and works just like I expected a new one to work. I would purchase a refurbished computer from Best Buy again.

It came out of the shipping box looking like new. Very clean and no scratches. I've had it about a week now and it runs and feels just like it is brand new.

Great computer for students

This is a fantastic computer for students. I never tried it for games or anything other than writing papers and browsing the internet.

Like new, nice refurbished laptop.

The laptop arrived in pristine condition, with good shipping materials to protect it. It was shrink-wrapped and it doesn't have a single scratch on it. I plugged it in, turned it on and set it up in a matter of a few minutes. You can't tell that it is refurbished at all - in perfect condition. I also noticed that there is a Joy Systems sticker on the bottom in case of any tech support needs which I think is excellent - because who can find the paperwork down the line if/when something were to happen? Would definitely recommend to others.
