Exellent Value for the price

My 10 year old also works on it and is a great back up. Solid state drive is so much better than the hard drives (with moving parts). It is quiet and boots up very fast.

Refurbished very used

Seemed to boot fine, and did have an updated operating system. I would recommend this for a young child to learn windows 10,maybe.

Just what we needed

We only use it for internet surfing, watching movies, and emails (no gaming) and it easily handles it. We have not had any issues or trouble with the computer.

Very pleased

To my surprise, I received a great laptop in great shape. It was like new and very fast. The SSD drive and 8GB RAM, will out-perform some of the new units you can buy. Overall, very happy with this decision. Of course, time will tell.

Don't buy

It also was really old showing that the programs were loaded in 2010. The only good thing was that the Geek Squad guy took great care of me and helped me get a discounted open box Dell at the store. Oh, and I really didn't realize how nice the newer touch screen convertible PCs are. Get a new PC and skip this. It isn't really a Best Buy product.
