Best buy for me!

Like many people I always bought the latest and greatest. I've spent thousands and it was never worth it. I love this laptop. It starts up quickly and is unbelievably fast. It's solid and doesn't have any unnecessary bloatware. I finally have a computer that puts a smile on my face instead of making me go berserk! LOL! Best Buy really is the "Best Buy" IMHO. Even returns are easy and fast. The employees are the best I've ever dealt with. Truly a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them and this laptop!

Solid Laptop and a bargin price

High expectations

Setting it up I couldn't get windows defender to update...then noticed all of the other windows updates sitting in a queue..not updated. Tried manually downloading the update several times. Ran a diagnostic and it said the update database was corrupted among other settings. The suggested fix was time consuming with no guarantee it would work so I returned it. Had already spent too much time troubleshooting this. Did not have a copy of Windows 10 to just reinstall. Could not get the DVD player to work either. It does not appear to have been setup correctly

So I decided to give this Dell a shot ... No complaints! And it doesn't have Windows 10!! Life is good!!!
