I love this laptop. Very fast. The only thing I am not too crazy about is he screen hinges are a little weak.

This machine can be considered as a top of the line product for its price. That said, the computer is like brand new, fast, and reliable. I have been using this laptop for two weeks and I have nothing to complaint so far. Note, even though the specs points out that there is no touch screen, it is on mine. Thus, it surprises me and I am extremely happy with the purchase.

Never believed a refurbished laptop could feel so brand new. Lightning fast, room for upgrades, perfect screen size, unbelievably light for how much power it packs. Great build quality and lots of reassuring durability features. Most portable laptop I've used so far. Tracking dimple gets in the way of the B key a bit, but it's easy to adapt. Arrived much quicker than expected, packaged securely in sturdy plastic and cardboard - no styrofoam was a nice plus.

Graphics card was trash; I had to certain games at a lower resolution or there would be some of the worst screen tearing I've ever seen. Also, when I went to add another stick of ram, I noticed that a screw was missing, and the other was stripped. I noticed that the battery was trash as well when it would fail when I was even plugged in to the wall. I tried dealing with it for several weeks, but eventually decided to just return it.

I have a problem with this computer. My laptop worked fine for a short time, now it won't turn on

Item arrived in a good shape. Better than expected. Minor ding & dent as it's a refurbished item but overall it's still in a great shape. I get the touch screen even though spec stated that it didn't. It small enough to carry for travel. A bit heavier than expected but it feel tough to hold. Over all, it's what i need & I'm satisfied with it.

This laptop has very good performance, if you don't mind the SSD space. There are small scratches but they don't affect performance, and this is expected for a refurbished laptop.

I was so excited to finally to get this laptop. It had excellent reviews, great specs for unbelievable price..sure it was refurbished, but I have had good experience with refurbished before. I waited for it to become available (it is often sold out), was checking online every day, finally it became available again and I was trilled to get it. Picked it up yesterday. Opened the box, it looked great like brand new. Did not have a backlit keyboard as advertised however. But the screen looked great, booted fast, setup was easy. Everything was looking very promising. About 40 min into turning it on for the first time, screen started flickering, went blank and it restarted itself. I though it was just a fluke, I really wanted to like it. Kept on working on it, setting up my accounts and so on, in another 40 min, the same thing happened. Only it went blank, did not restart itself, I rebooted it and it was fine again. For the next four hours this kept happening, with the times between going blank and needing reboot getting shorter and shorter. I did troubleshooting, nothing. So I thought some drivers might need updating, went to dell.com and started updating drivers. Most updated automatically, but the BIOS needed manual update and the laptop needed to reboot after the update was over. After it started rebooting, it never came back on! Ever! I tried manual rebooting, nothing, just black screen unresponsive to any keyboard commands. Tried rebooting several more times, same result. The light on the power button is on, other lights are flickering, but black screen and nothing. Going back tomorrow. I am not even going to try and resolve the issue with a product that started failing right out of the box. Such a pity, I was really exited.

The laptop arrived fast, setup was a breeze. Very happy with the purchase.

The computer arrived packaged extremely well. there are some very small blemishes on it though, but due to it being a refurbished laptop, its in really good shape and very fast.

All hardware components passed rigorous testing. (PRIME95,Memtest86+,etc.) Battery was acceptable and SSD lifespan perfect. No dead pixels or visible monitor issues. Just saved a bundle for an excellent business machine for many years to come.

its a great computer for the price sold, it was a refurbished laptop but i see no marks of useness in it. the picture quality its top notch

I purchased my laptop and began the updates and they were done extremely fast. Highly Reccomend this product.
