    The screen locks up so I can't type.

    I bought my Dell laptop a month ago. The screen started locking up without warning about a week ago. Sometimes the problem resolves itself in 3 to 5 minutes. Other times I have to shut down and reboot. I have spent seven hours on the phone with Dell in the last two days trying to fix it and still have the problem. I am very frustrated and close to returning it for a refund and getting another brand.
