This is my first Dell and the first refurb computer I have purchased. It seems to be of good quality. I like the vivid colors and clarity of the screen. It runs smooth and quicker than my 2 year old laptop. Like new aside from a few minor scratches on the outside. Because of other positive reviews of Dell refurbs, I am confident that I have a good computer. Also, I appreciate the quality assurance of the Microsoft authorized refurbisher

When I received this lap top. The power light is not working so I have to to request 2 times before Getting answer. I just sent back my lap top to fix and wait for return.

This is my 3rd Dell Refurb. The first was a desktop, probably 20 years ago, then one laptop 10 years ago, now this new laptop. I've never felt the least bit worried about a refurb (although I bought the others directly from Dell). This new laptop was delivered quickly, looks brand new (other than a little wear on the touchpad) and so far as performed flawlessly. One snafu on delivery was they sent the wrong power cord, but I called and was immediately shipped a new one that arrived the next day with postage paid envelope to return the other one. Very happy so far with this purchase.
