    I got this for my wife and she loved it! (I got lucky that night) laptop is in good condition for refurbished. It runs fast and feels reliable for used laptop. Trust me I have a degree in computer science. I have bought refurbished computers for my sons and have never had a problem. I give 4 star because there were some cosmetic damage that could have easily been fixed if they just decided to put the slight extra money and work. Lazy on their part but they know what they are doing when it comes to performance overall for the computer.
