The laptop arrived 4 days earlier. It was packed in air bubble and arrived intact. Joysystems did a terrific job with the refurbishing. The laptop looks like new! and it runs like a champ. I am very please with my purchase.

Laptop runs smoothly, everything looks good so far The reason I gave a 4 stars instead of 5 is that BestBuy didn't mention the obvious scratches or dents since I purchased it with the excellent condition package. I am disappointed.

Our laptop arrived well packaged, and in terrific condition. Everything seems well in order. I would purchase again and recommended it to my morher who needs a new computer

Laptop was never tested before I received it. 1. Received wrong model, 2. Wrong power charging cord, 3. Laptop CPU was fried. Was out of 3 weeks of work just to get a replacement. 4. Screen damaged cosmetically

Haven’t been able to stay on the computer for more than 15 minutes without it crashing. Will stay at zero percent for days on the blue screen.

Received the laptop and everything is just as advertised! Even though refurbished, it's in great shape, no scratches or scuffs. The performance is great. The setup process was also very easy to follow. Was a little hesitant about buying refurbished, but overall I'm very satisfied and would buy again!

Being it was a refurbished laptop I didn't expect to much but when I got it I was really surprised, it didn't have a scratch on it and it looked brand new. They had it packaged tight with bubble wrap so if it had been dropped I doubt if it would have broken. It didn't take me long to get it set up and operating, so as of now I am really happy with this purchase. Price was reasonable.

Just got my refurbished computer and it's exactly what I was hoping for! It's in great condition (expected wear and tear, very minor paint chipping on bottom and logo) and feels clean and new. I have already installed my CAD software which was the reason I needed a computer with these specs. It's running fast and I have had no issues with it so far! Can't beat it for the price.

My Laptop was well-packaged and arrived on time (within 3 days of purchase). The laptop is in great codition (no major scratches or dents) and it comes with a manuel to get you started on setup that helps a lot!

This refurbished laptop is fantastic! Looked brand new with only a tiny scratch on the bottom. Screen and keyboard in perfect condition! Very happy with it and highly recommend.

At first all was okay. Connected a charger, got a power warning but figured it was the plug in the hotel I happened to be in. Laptop was slow going through all the setup and updates but again I was trying to be optimistic. Then I noticed the battery never got past 21 percent. Tried different plugs an charges but nothing resolved it. Took it back, got a 2024 version of a Dell that just happened to go on sale but was $100 more than this one. Defiantly worth the upgrade. Better speed, performance, battery life. I would avoid this. It is several years old and not worth the money at all.

Item arrived quickly and in great shape. This was my first time purchasing a refurbished laptop and am satisfied with the experience so far. I received detailed setup instructions and was up and running in no time. 5/5!

The seller sent me the wrong model (5411 instead of 5410) with downgraded memory and storage specs. However, the local store was quick to process a refund, no questions asked. I might try reordering again & see if I get the proper model and specs. Otherwise, I will skip the refurb market and buy a new Framework laptop from the Framework website. Easy upgrades that way.

We had it for 3 days and it crashed. Had to send it off to get wiped and still don't have it back at 3 weeks so far! I'm angry.
