Keyboard and power button don't work properly. It gets very hot for a small laptop. Can't pry it from my autistic sister's hands or I'd return it. Think seller sold a broken one and claimed it as refurbished to make quick buck. The visual quality is pretty. Hoping it doesn't just short out on us. Will likely not buy computer from best buy again.
