I absolutely love this laptop so far! It runs smoothly, and I'm confident the specs will do well for my programming courses. It did come in a different color than pictured, but I don't mind (mine is a light silver, very pretty) My only complaint is that in Windows 11, even minimum brightness is rough on my eyes and the light sensitivity accessibility settings leave a lot to be desired (the only settings override backgrounds and website decorations while leaving text bright). I was able to circumvent this with Nelson Pires' Dimmer though Overall, it's a great laptop and the refurbisher did wonderfully making sure it's like new!

I received my refurbished Dell Latitude yesterday, and so far I love it! Like one of the other reviewers said, the color is silver, and I actually like that better than the plain black color in the picture. It works perfectly with my Lenovo docking station and supports two external monitors (in addition to the laptop's own monitor) which was super important to me. It was also extremely easy to set up, and relatively inexpensive compared to brand new, no-name brand laptops with similar specs. The card it came with from the refurbishing company (not Best Buy) says it has a 1 year warranty period, so I'm hoping they'll honor that if I run into any problems. That would be pretty amazing if they do!

Great laptop !!! Display resolution is very good ! ( full HD ) Battery seems to have a good , long lasting life . Card reader is a very good plus . Thunderbolt and HDMI ports are very convenient . Overall size is great ! ( not too big - 14 " ) Does get a little warm if doing a lot for an extended period of use - no big deal ! Great price !

I purchased this laptop and it was sent to me through Joy Systems, Very good experience overall. When I first received it, I found that the caps lock key was not working, I reached out to Joy Systems and received a response in a very timely manner. They gave me clear instructions on returning/exchanging the laptop and once it was sent back to Joy Systems, I received a functioning replacement in a very timely manner as well. After booting up the laptop, everything works perfectly, and I am very happy with my purchase. I would buy a refurbished product this way again.
