    After purchasing this item i set it up really easily aand quick and used it hour after hour and it worked really fast until the windows 11 update and now it runs slow

    This laptop was an excellent purchase for my granddaughter who is returning to school. The price was fair and excellent service! My granddaughter is happy with her new laptop. Thank you Bestbuy.com and staff.

    The laptop was retuned due to a couple keys that were loose. That was a reason for thecreturn but Dell makes great laptops!
