    One of the best laptop I received from Best Buy. I feel proud customer as Best Buy always delivered quality product and their customer care team is simply awesome. You can buy refurbished laptop from Best Buy but never ever buy refurbished laptop from Dell OUTLET. Dell sent me very very old laptop exhaustively used, it's crab and when I wanted to send it back they collected hefty amount from me... Never ever buy laptops from DELL OUTLET... its Crab. I would preferred only Best Buy for refurbished laptops.
