    A need for a PC with 16g memory, supporting 3 monitors and speed to handle general work, this was a good buy for me. The Best Buy backing of a refurb was an economical purchase decision.

    I like Dell products and with 16GB of memory and a nice-sized hard drive, it's the perfect choice for a work station for a small business. Having the backing of a warranty, this refurbished machine fits my selection based on price. The ad said PC only, but it came with mouse and keyboard.

    I plugged it in and received the error message; inaccessible boot device. Apparently, the message is in reference to a problem with the hard drive. I was unable to get a response from the refurbisher. I have total tech support, so I scheduled an appointment with the Geek Squad to have them handle the issue. I found out that my total tech support plan does not cover parts on refurbished computers. I feel like I've been taken advantage of! I'll never buy refurbished again, particularly from Best Buy.
