Great balance between performance and portability.

Great laptop. Smooth and flawless performance. It can handle a lot of heavy lifting and has good battery life.

It's an excellent laptop. Very light, nice sized screen with good graphics, and best of all comes with 32 GB memory.

Awesome laptop! Solid build and it flies with several processes at the same time. I bought this one to replace an HP laptop. It feels and seems like a better choice already.

Works great, very fast. Tends to get hot, luckily I have a fan cooling support for it.

I am very pleased with my choice. I have never owned a Dell before; i had bad experiences with Dell work computers decades ago and have shied away from the brand. I listened to the staff member, did some quick research myself and took the dive. I am very glad i did. This is an excellent product and a good value.

Works great for work and for casual gaming!! Ni lag whatsoever on anything. Big screen and plenty of plugins. Love the touchscreen, even if i dont use it often. The fingerprint is very nice and convenient for quick login.

The laptop is sturdy and well constructed, with a nice matte-feel to the top. So far the performance is great, but the windows-sphere seems intrusive, and asks for many canned set up approvals without much of an explanation for them. Seem somewhat daunting from the outset, but can be overcome. The McAfee software is in your face and a pain in the neck, unless you up for additional coverage/ subscription. This just makes the new laptop experience less productive and distracting.

Love my laptop, it runs smooth and super quick. Touch screen works great. My only issue is it constantly has security issues where I’m having to restart the drive and enter recovery code which is extremely inconvenient considering I use this laptop for work.

I absolutely love this Dell Plus Copilot+ PC Laptop. It is quiet, fast and reliable. I have even used the touch screen and it works very well. The keys are backlit and feels good to type on. It has the number keypad. I also like the size of the screen which is the 16".

A Fast, Lightweight, and Beautiful Powerhouse with portability and style

Is working very smoothly for my son. No issues so far. He started college summer school. He is majoring in engineering, and this laptop was highly recommended.

This is not a gaming PC. But for office tasks, personal finance, bookkeeping, online shopping, etc., it's great. It's sleek, light weight, good battery like...it just works and works very well.

I wanted to try a Dell computer, to see how good they are. This one is worth every penny! I own HP, MSI, Apple computers and now this Dell computer. I have to say, the performance on this Dell is as close as a Apple Computer, and for those who know Apple computers, that means a lot! Exellent for personal use or office us. One of my best investments.

I previously owned a Dell 13.5" and I love the size of this. I also love the # pad on the keyboard. I love that this has 2 battery ports. I lost everything on my old laptop due to it not being able to charge. It ended up being a bad battery port that couldn't be replaced. This option gives me 2 so I feel good about that. I couldn't purchase anything but a Dell. Just my preference.

Fast, beautiful screen, responsive keyboard...very nice replacement for a out of date laptop.

Excellent upgrade from older (2006) HP! Phenomenal improvement of every feature from keyboard, weight, clearer screen, amazing speed, etc, etc!!

Pleased with this light-weight laptop. Clear clean screen display. However, personally would prefer the more substantial & protective outer covering of former DELL computers. Howver, most of the name brands are manufacturing light-weight laptops.
