This is my second Dell after having been a Toshiba loyalist. I’m pleased to have a new go-to laptop brand. It’s a newer version of my prior Dell. It’s fast, efficient, beautiful, and runs well. Battery life is never as long as advertised, but that’s a trend across the board I’ve noticed with all technology.

This item would've been perfect had they made room for a 6-cell battery. Considering all the battery draining specs, the equipped 4-cell battery falls short of expectation. Other than great deal for $1300 ($300 discount). Everything else about it is great.

I am typing this review on the Dell Plus. It is extremely powerful. I edit video and operate ai based photo software. It is far faster than the Win 10 Dell Core 7 it replaced. The battery life is extreme and the image quality on the touch screen is just really pretty. I use a wifi trackball, The touch pad is the only negative. To click and drag with the pad is difficult. It's nice and big, but just not sensitive enough on the left and right button area. No issue for me, since I use the trackman.

Works Great! Double check that you're buying directly from Best Buy this makes all difference if you receive a defective item and have to return it.

I purchased this laptop to replace a much older Dell from 2018, and told the person helping me at Best Buy I wanted equivalent to my work laptop, or even better. This fit the bill perfectly and is fast and responsive! I'm able to have 40 tabs open on google chrome, and also run multiple live shows at once, with Outlook on my other monitor. So happy I got this one. Also it comes with CoPilot and having AI as a partner while I work on my laptop is invaluable.

This is my second Dell laptop, but first touchscreen. I got the 16" touchscreen, and it is perfect. It comes with a screen pen. I am so happy with this laptop. I have not had any problems. I needed something in a pinch. I don't know anything about laptops, but I feel like a picked a winner. The screen color is vibrant, and I like the number pad on the right side, which I didn't notice when I chose this which was a huge plus for me. Highly recommend this one!!!!

This computer has some nice features, like being able to use it as more of a tablet at times and having a fingerprint scanner. I like to fold it over so I can have the screen closer to me without the keyboard in the way since I use a wireless keyboard and mouse anyway. The problem is, if you have it set up where you put your fingerprint in for it to enter your passwords for you, it's difficult to get to the scanner in that position and even more difficult to get it to recognize your fingerprint. Even in regular laptop mode, having the fingerprint scanner all the way in the far right corner is a bit of a stretch if you are using your laptop at a desk rather than in your lap - and it's fairly heavy to use on your lap. The main issue, and the main reason I will likely return it, is that the camera is absolutely horrible. I look pink on it and in lower lighting can't be seen at all. I need this specifically for remote work, which involves some work through Zoom and Google Meet, so having a good camera is absolutely essential. I considered buying a camera to use in its place, but it seems silly to buy a new computer and then have to buy a new camera to make it usable for the function I bought it for, I do like that it has a cover for the camera. I've also gotten an error message that constantly pops up, even stopping me in the middle of doing things. There doesn't seem to be any actual reason for this error message, which is the most frustrating part. I have never had this issue with previous computers, so I am not wanting to deal with it on a brand new computer.

Good laptop spec wise however it’s too big and bulky. Battery life is not that amazing as it seems to be the same as the 14 inch model and drains faster.

Finding a computer with an Intel Core Ultra 9 and 32 GB of memory and a 1TB of storage for that price was a great luck. The computer is performing great, and I love that it has a full keyboard and touch screen.

This computer is state of the art. Besides touch screen, with a series 9 processor it has a 16” screen with 1T memory and 32 gig of ram. This computer will not be outdated in a year or two.

This is the Best Dell Laptop I have ever seen in my entire life. Its so fast and the screen has the Best picture for viewing and editing pictures. This laptop has made my production increase Two-Fold, I love this Dell!
