I’ve been using this laptop for a while now, and I’m very happy with it. The performance is smooth and reliable, whether I’m working, browsing, or streaming. The build quality feels solid, and the design is sleek but practical. The screen is bright with sharp colors, which makes it great for both work and entertainment. The keyboard is comfortable for typing, and the battery life lasts long enough to get through a busy day without constantly looking for a charger. I was looking for a nice latop with top specs when I started my new business. This is a loaded laptop and it was on sale, so I snathced it up. I am very happy so far, 6-months in. Plenty of storage, great screen, and it flipsinto a tablet when needed. Love the 16x10 layout

Great first laptop for school. It's fast, sleek, and relatively lightweight. Battery life sucks; it gets me through classes and homework, but then I need to charge it before it goes into low power and gets slow.

Been using this from last November 2025, I guess now it’s a good time to right a review.A compact size laptop with a tons of features and GOOD SPECIFICATIONS. It runs my apps really good, coding and testing is not a hassle for me, and the battery runs for good amount of time. Easy to carry, and HONESTLY I was not expecting this much good performance, but it does a really good job for me at least. And It’s a Dell, so obviously . Kudos to the squad geek guy who helped me to make a great decision.

I love this laptop. Its fast and works great. So far no problems and love the screen. I do agree with other reviews the brightness does need to be better. But I think only if you are outside because I had no problems in the cafe or any other indoor places. The keyboard feels a little weak but maybe its just me. I think for the money its a GREAT deal. The memory and processor work great.

Upgraded to this new Dell and couldn’t be happier. Best Buy pricing was like Black Friday in March. The computer is really fast off and online. Wifi 7 capable takes advantage of having fiber optic internet service. The graphics are unbelievably clean and crisp with outstanding color. The touch screen is perfect and it came with a Dell touch pen, a really cool tool you can use to navigate or onscreen writing/drawing.

I use this laptop daily, ultra 9, and it’s a power house. The screen is very nice. The battery can drain a little quick, keep the charger nearby.

I purchased this computer for my daughter’s home business for Christmas. After the first month of use she called to tell me, “I can run multiple Adobe applications and 20 Chrome tabs without lag". She was pleasantly surprised with how much difference it was in speed and battery usage then her last computer. Her wish list consisted of 32GB memory and 1TB of storage. The touch screen was an added benefit … Needless to say, she recommends this whether you’re using it for business or personal use at home. It has clearly met and exceeded all her expectations!

I bought this computer to replace a Lenovo product that had a defective screen. I have been very pleasantly surprised. The speed of the processor is lightning fast and it is very responsive to commands. Another feature of this computer is the 32 GB of RAM and the fact that the SSD can be upgraded to a 2 TB drive later. Awesome machine.

This is a powerful, nicely engineered laptop with good size and nice features. The battery life is only average, but since that is not a problem for my needs, this laptop is perfect for me. The sale price for the RAM and hard drive size with a speedy processor meet all my computing needs.

Very pleased with this purchase. It also has 10-key pad. Color screen and touch are great. Logic Ergo M575 roller ball mouse very compatible. Somewhat heavy but casing is metal. Connects to my 24” monitor nicely. Highly recommend this Dell model. Speed is fast. Battery could last longer but not an issue for me.

its easy to work with lots of memorey. i like the screen its a nice size . .The sound is good but not stero sound it does not get to high in valume sound the key board does light up in dark rooms.Very happy with it. i give it a 4 stars. The battery does not hold a charge very long you do need a eletric out let close by if you are playing on it more then 4 hr you need to charge it. Very happy with it.

the keyboard is nice, easy to use and well visualized. fast computer with good graphics. good battery life. Only complaint is that it's heavy and when it opens, it raises the back of the laptop-this may make it easier to type, but it's a bit awkward to open. overall good computer, can do a whole lot more than I need.
