I’ve had several different laptops over the years and this Dell 16 Plus is by far my favorite across a broad range of categories. Its sleek, long-lasting, lightweight & ultraportable!

No complaints. Great speed and performance for Saas building and gamers. The touch screen is smooth, like the keyboard. I’ve been productive.

Before my purchase I was checking different options but by far this met all my needs. It has enough storage/ram for my daily work. Its not heavy at all for traveling. Plus being touch screen its a plus.

I previously owned a Dell 13.5" and I love the size of this. I also love the # pad on the keyboard. I love that this has 2 battery ports. I lost everything on my old laptop due to it not being able to charge. It ended up being a bad battery port that couldn't be replaced. This option gives me 2 so I feel good about that. I couldn't purchase anything but a Dell. Just my preference.

This computer is a great size and the keyboard is perfect! The touchscreen makes it convenient and the speed is great!

First laptop for me. This thing is super fast and graphics are great. Still getting used to it but the fan seems loud to me. Again this is my first so maybe this is the way they are. Battery life is a little disappointing

Has everything needed for the task, easy to use and small enough to be easily transported. Power up the wazoo, fast and precise operations

Only used mine about 4 hours. So far so good. No issues. Pretty fast, lots of storage.

One of my main reasons for buying this laptop was for being able to play games like Roblox, Minecraft, and the Sims 4. And knowing that this laptop would be able to handle running these games without any issues. After having it for about 4 months I can now say that I've barely have any complaints. It does tend to run hot when playing those types of games, but I feel that is pretty common with any laptop since it is not a PC. Also, the battery life tends to drain fast when playing any game. Besides those two things it has definitely ticked all my boxes. Besides gaming I also wanted to do daily tasks, and I have no complaints to offer.

I’m enjoying the ease of use as I am becoming familiar with my new Dell. Sleek design and great portability! And lightweight too!

Currently have 2 weeks with I love it man thing does exactly what I want and it just as good as I thought it would be , I use it mainly for work and to stream videos , I usually have 10 plus tab open at once this thing handles that with no issues and the graphics I mean it’s ryzen don’t gotta say much it’s great

Needed to replace a 17.3" laptop that I've had for 13 years, and this one fit the bill from specs. Over all, this is a great laptop. I liked the aluminum case, as my old laptop was plastic, and picture quality was great. It was fast, and did what was needed, but was ultimately too small for my needs since I have multiple open apps/programs at any one time and there's just not enough real estate available on the display to support that and still be visible/legible.

Best Dell laptop I've purchased. 8 yrs ago I purchased another Dell laptop that Windows no longer supports. Best Buy had a great price at that time. I still use it. They had another great deal on a new Dell laptop. My son is an IT and programming specialist and was amazed at the quality and included features. Even more amazed at the sale price. Again, great quality service, product and cost.

Love this laptop. Large screen, beautiful resolution, high speed. All around great value for the price.

I really like this laptop, it is fast and easy to use, it operates on Windows 11 which took (me) a little getting used to.

This laptop was a perfect replacement to my previous one. It has a great amount of storage and processes fast.

I waited a long time for this computer. Worth the wait and I love it! Does way more than I can explain. Any and everything you want, even a fingerprint ID. Good battery life, beautiful clear screen with vivid color. Best Buy did a transfer from my old computer onto this new. Perfection!

Processing speed is good. I do a lot with AI and there haven’t been any issues with running multiple programs.
