This battery is trash. I plug it in it goes to 82% then back down to the 5% I know it’s at. Not sure if the total tech is even worth it I could have gotten a new tablet instead of a $300+$200 plus whatever else might be wrong. If it had a bad battery or something else wrong with it that should have been noted and I would have still bought it but I would have known what I was getting into.

Pre-owned so it came without a sturdy box, just placed in bubble wrap. Plugged in to charge, turned on, the device turned right back off. Long story short, the device will say 100% and still shut off, will be returning
