this laptop is amazing; the only thing is a gets hot so be careful using it on a bed make sure it gets enough air

Struggles to stay online. It is the only device that loses internet connection(everything else is connected and working properly, except the laptop). It must be restarted to reconnect, sometimes more than once. Incredibly frustrating. Of course, you can't connect a cable because it doesn't have a port. Also, not enough USB ports. That's a downgrade from my older computer.
