    While shipping was fast and the product works on a surface level, the amount of hardware issues I have been faced with severely overshadow that. At first, it was the settings application not working at all which was only resolved by using a bootable usb to override all of Windows 11 and then redownload it. Then, it was the issue of even having the option to connect to WiFi disappearing after restarting the computer once, and only being able to connect to WiFi if I use the included (poor quality) USB adapter. Finally (and hopefully the last issue), I ran into the issue of missing a Bluetooth driver in Device Manager that made it to where I couldn’t use Bluetooth at all until I gave up and bought a Bluetooth USB. I am so incredibly frustrated with the state of this computer and even though I understand it is not brand new, I thought I would be receiving a PC that works on the most basic, hardware level. That is not what I received.
