I was looking for a fast Windows Pro desktop for a resonable price. A new one would easily be tops $800. I usually refrain from buying refurbished desktops for the fear it may breakdown easily. However to my surprise, it was very nicely packed with instructions on how to use the new Windows product key. It clearly indicated whom to call for any issues and procedure to RMA. Its been over a month now and no issues. I will be buying more of these moving forward. Great experience.

Leery of purchasing a "refurbished unit" but with a 1 yr warranty I pulled the trigger. Only 1 minor, and I do mean minor issue.....the HD makes a high-pitched squeal during operation. If it gets louder then I'll take advantage of the warranty. Only 2 months new and has had very limited usage, so far, so I cannot give 5 stars. It lives up to the hype on the website description and, to me, was an excellent buy. Recommended for ANY home office use, especially with high-speed internet.

Worked fine out of the box. I think it will be a good computer for us. Hard drive is a little noisier that I would like, but only during heavy access times. Otherwise very quiet, and no problems yet. Son was upset he can't play games on it because it doesn't have a graphics card. But we'll add one, then he can play his Minecraft....

After a few glitches with the bitlocker encryption program, the system is up and running. Very happy with the price and it seems to be working well.

This refurbished PC was great right out of the box! Easy set up, looks great! For the price 16 MB and 2 TB best deal I found online! I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Best Buy.

This is my first refurb. and I must say that I don't regret it at all ! It's fast and and easy to use, loaded with memory and intel 5 processor at a price you would expect to be much higher, It's really quite a bargain, I don't regret it at all. Great buy.

I bought this pc to start gaming. I swapped over from a Mac, I didn’t want something too much for me as I am just a beginner and I only play The Sims 4 lol. Started up super quick and easy, and the instructions were easy enough to follow. You’ll also need a network cable, speakers and monitor to get it fully set up, I bought a ViewSonic monitor and it’s worked really well! I’m super happy with my purchase.

This Dell 7010 Refurbished Desktop is a lot of computer for the price, 2TB HD, 16GB Ram w/Windows 10 Pro. I've had it for about 6 months, use it everyday so far no problems. It shipped from the east coast so it took a little over a week to get here.

I needed an affordable and reliable PC for my newly-established home office. I read the reviews and decided this would be the best fit for my needs at a price I could afford. I appreciate that it was refurbished here in the U.S., and the shipping and delivery was timely and hassle-free. Although I've had plenty of experience installing and setting up computers, I found the setup instructions from the refurbisher clear and easy to follow. I was especially impressed that they included an "FAQ" sheet, which addressed issues like WiFi connectivity (you will need an external antenna or ethernet connection), Windows registration, and HDMI adapters. They also include contact information for their service department, which is nice. I haven't yet put a heavy demand on this machine (my industry is very slowly coming back up to speed), but I have no doubt that the 2TB hard drive will more than meet expectations.

I'm very satisfied with it! It's easy to use and it is fast enough for what I use it for! It is faster than my internet that is rated up to 80 Gigabits per seconds! And much more faster than my old Del!

Worked great right out of the box with no real complaints other than the Hard Drive is a little too noisy at times but relatively quiet for the most part. Certainly worth the purchase.

Starts right up and does whatever task I ask of it. This was my first desk top, and I am very pleased with it. Price was better than a new lap top would have been!

I bought this refurbished Dell desktop computer. It is quiet and super fast. I had a problem with Windows10 and Joy Systems (the refurbisher) resolved my probem quickly on the first phone call. I'm very happy with my computer and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

I was looking for a backup to a Dell Inspiron which I purchased new a couple of years ago. As new computers cost too much to be used as a backup so I decided to give a refurbished computer a try. Boy, was I surprised. This unit not only works like new, it also looks like new. Many Kudo's to the refurbisher. It seems to be at least as fast on Ethernet as my Inspiron is on 5G. Overall, this was a great purchase. I'm very happy with it!!

So far I have had an easy time getting used to my new desk top and navigating windows 10. Set was fairly easy also. Speed is faster than my old computer so I truly enjoy that

Was a lot longer than expected. Had to move stuff around to get this to fit on desk. This was purchased as a gift. The receiver of the gift is so amazed at how fast this computer is compared to her old one.

Works as described thus far. It is a little noisy however.

Computer is good for office needs but limited on ability to accommodate newer style monitors unless using via USB

Not bad for a refurbished computer...it works very well, no problems yet,it might be a gem.
