Working after 1 year,but cd tray stuck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.still fast with 1 tb Better than most. offered. my only regret is not checking out the dvd/disk player sooner because it gets stuck on occasion even though i barely use it. i bought it during the last summer of 2016 out of desperation because my old pc was going to conk out on me,so i decided to act fast and buy a cheaper,more updated pc. i'm not very tech savvy so all i need it for music related stuff and documents and artwork, it can also play some games (although the rendering wont be top notch). this was a very generous price considering the other guys were going higher on the count of their refurbished pcs also being 1tb. i would recommend it if you need a quick stand in for your old,worse off pc until you can get a really fancy one,considering the price is fair.

Fit my needs perfectly

I found this refurbished one for a great price, it was in great condition and fit my needs perfectly. You never know what your going to get with refurbished items but this one was a great buy.

Didn't power on.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Refurbs are expected to have issues- but this one came with a broken keyboard, an obviously dented box, no ability to power itself on, and a Best Buy Sales Associate that attempted to tell me it wasn't their responsibility. After trying to define who's responsibility it was for about 10 minutes, they finally let me return it. I'll just build my own next time.

The CPU was delivered quickly with all mentioned pieces in great shape. The CPU looks great, works great, and I am more than satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
