Needed a new desktop and only use for e-mail, and web so do not need a heavy duty machine. Thought I would give this a shot. So far so good. Arrived with just the machine, no keyboard, mouse or even power cord. New version of windows needed to be installed. Paid Geek Squad about $100 to add windows and transfer stuff from my old machine to this one. Very disappointed that they did not clone my old machine, but just the data on hard drive. Some of the programs I had on my old machine are now gone. Especially miss my photo software from Kodak which is no longer available. I did give them model numbers of my 2 printers, so they did download the drivers for them. Comes with a 1 yr warranty so here is hoping.

I needed an older, cheap, windows 10, 64 bit, smaller size 'box' for a specific job. This Dell 390 'box' is just perfect for the job at hand. For me, refurbished is the way to go. I have several from Best Buy.

Works OK, not a speed demon, but gets the job done without wanting to throw it out the window!! Great/good unit for under $200..

For someone who never buys new computers this is a great computer for the price.

I have had this computer for almost a month now and it's been working just fine! This particular computer is good for everyday use and has a good speed in general. This is not a computer meant for intense 3D gaming, but it's perfect for Internet browsing, checking email and handling documents. It also has a good speed for graphic design applications.

Ordered for a client - just for web stuff. Was surprised at the unit, its packaging and the included peripherals for the price paid. Will seek out again in the future.
