shopping for a new computer ran across this one, it met all my requirements compared to my old computer- more powerful, more storage for pictures, great price and came with windows 7 professional.

This computer was easy to set up and start using right away. I am not techy and i was able to have it going in 30 minutes or so.

Good deal for the price. I'm not that crazy about windows 10.

We bought this computer to track our clients using A utility written using Microsoft office Access. This unit replaced our ancient Dell computer that expired. This refurbished unit is working well

Powered up but no display output return to local store and got a full refund

Arrived one day, returned the next. Advised Best Buy that item was not as described on their web site. Their position was non-caring, so what attitude. Had to drive 60 miles to return it.

I received the exact computer except one problem the hard drive was 2 terabyte and operating system is Windows 7 when it's supposed to be Windows10 also none of the updates for Windows 7 will update it just keeps going I watched it for over an hour nothing customer service at Joy systems horrible Best Buy seem pretty cooperative have an appointment with Geek Squad

We purchased this refurbished Dell computer for use in tracking our client base at our all volunteer food pantry, replacing an ancient Dell computer that finally stopped functioning. We have Microsoft Office, and primarily use Microsoft Access with a utility designed for our needs. This unit should provide many years of service because we will be able to store all of our backup data from past years as well as going forward.

Absolutely love this computer! I purchased to have for myself and could not be happier with it. Has plenty of memory for what I will be using it for.
